Bring in new users to Heed by inviting them using their email addresses. When you invite them, you can choose to assign them one or more roles, with the 'User' role being the default.
Once a user is invite, they will show in the users list with a Pending Invite flag. The user(s) will be sent a welcome to Heed with a tempoary password. They must follow the link in the email to complete the invite process so that their account is activated.
How to invite users to Heed
- Navigate to the Settings > Users page in the Heed Admin Portal.
- Click on New User in the top right hand corner.
- Enter the email addresses of the users you wish to invite, separating each email with a semicolon (;).
- After you have entered their addresses, select one or more roles from the Roles dropdown.
- Finally, click Save to create the new users.
