You have the ability to edit existing users, including modifying their display name, email address, and any custom attributes.
To edit a user, your account must have a role which has the Manage Users permission.
Editing a User
To edit a user's email address or their name, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Settings > Users page in the Heed Admin Portal.
- Find the user that you wish to edit and then click on their name.
- From the Edit User modal, you can then change their name and/or email address.
Note: In order to change a users role, your account will need the Manage Roles permission. - Once you have made all your changes, click Save.
