Creating a Channel

Channels can only be created by users with the Create Channels permission. Please contact your administrator if your account does not allow access to create a channel.

Creating a new channel

1. Navigate to the Channels page in the Heed Admin Portal.
2. Click New Channel in the top righthand corner.
3. In the New Channel modal, enter a name and a description of your channel.
   
   
   
4. Once you have entered your name and description, click Create.
