Changing your Details & Password

You can view and manage basic settings on your profile, as well as reset your password, by accessing the My Profile modal.

Accessing the My Profile Modal

To open the My Profile modal, click on the System Menu.  

• Profile Tab: Here, you can view and update your name.
  
  

Changing your password

To change your password: 

1. Open the My Profile modal from the System Menu.
2. Click on the Security tab.
   
   
   
3. Enter your existing password, then enter your new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
   
   Password Requirements:
   - Minimum 8 characters.
   - Must include a number.
   - Must contain uppercase and lowercase letters.
   - Must include at least one special character (e.g., !$@%£&).
   
   Once you've entered the new password, click Change Password to confirm the change.
