Overview

Managing content publication permissions is a critical aspect of content governance. This control can be established at the template level by configuring "Allowed Senders." With this feature, only users assigned to the selected roles are granted the ability to publish content using that particular template. This ensures that content publication remains controlled and aligns with your organization's specified roles and responsibilities.
