Restricting Recipients

Modified on Fri, 2 Feb, 2024 at 11:57 AM

Overview

In the template editor, you have the capability to manage the recipients of content created using a template by enabling and selecting a list of permitted communication channels. The "Restrict Recipients" section does not allow for rule-based configurations but rather provides you with the option to specify which communication channels can be used for distributing the content. This feature ensures that content is channeled through approved mediums, aligning with your communication strategy and audience preferences.
