Creating Workflows

Workflows can only be created by users with the Manage Workflows permission. Please contact your administrator if your account does not allow access to create a workflow.


To create a workflow, follow these these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Apps page in the Heed Admin Portal.
  2. Open that App where you wish to create the workflow and then click on the Workflows menu item.


  3. Then, click on Create Workflow.
  4. In the Create Workflow modal, enter a name and description of your workflow.


  5. Then, choose the type of workflow that you are looking to create, for example Webhook.
  6. Your new workflow will be created and visible within the workflows list. By default a workflow is created as disabled and must be enabled before it can be used.


  7. You can now open your workflow and begin adding your activities.
