Workflows can only be created by users with the Manage Workflows permission. Please contact your administrator if your account does not allow access to create a workflow.
To create a workflow, follow these these steps.
- Navigate to the Apps page in the Heed Admin Portal.
- Open that App where you wish to create the workflow and then click on the Workflows menu item.
- Then, click on Create Workflow.
- In the Create Workflow modal, enter a name and description of your workflow.
- Then, choose the type of workflow that you are looking to create, for example Webhook.
- Your new workflow will be created and visible within the workflows list. By default a workflow is created as disabled and must be enabled before it can be used.
- You can now open your workflow and begin adding your activities.
